Healthier Cinnamon Toast

Yields: 1 toast
Ingredients
- 1 slice bread
- extra virgin coconut oil
- ground cinnamon (or cinnamon mix)
- coconut palm sugar (I use Sweet Tree's blonde)
Directions
- Toast bread in toaster. After toasted, use a butter knife to spread the coconut oil liberally over the toast as you would butter--the oil will melt into the toast so don't use too much. Sprinkle sugar evenly over toast then sprinkle cinnamon evenly over toast. Amounts are to your preference.
- Note: you can also substitute Pumpkin Pie Spice in place of the cinnamon.
