Healthier Caesar Salade Dressing

I love cesar salde, but I hate how the sauce is made with rich oils and egg yellows that are full of cholesterol. You don't need to be a health nut or on a diet to enjoy this salade dressing. Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1  cup olive oil (use a very mild tasting oil the flavor is much better )
  • 12 cup light mayonnaise, you'll see with the consistancy of the sauce ((or more)
  • 34 teaspoon  finely chopped garlic, if you like a strong garlic flavor ((or more)
  • 1  teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1  teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1  pinch parsley
  •  salt and pepper, to tast

Directions

  1. Poor oil into a bol add in the mayonaise, mix well, it should be thick if it's too oily still add more mayonaise.
  2. add in next 5 ingredients
  3. let set in the fridge for a cupple of hours ( 24 hours is best )
  4. then serve, and enjoy !
