Healthier Caesar Salade Dressing

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil (use a very mild tasting oil the flavor is much better )
- 1⁄2 cup light mayonnaise, you'll see with the consistancy of the sauce ((or more)
- 3⁄4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic, if you like a strong garlic flavor ((or more)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch parsley
- salt and pepper, to tast
Directions
- Poor oil into a bol add in the mayonaise, mix well, it should be thick if it's too oily still add more mayonaise.
- add in next 5 ingredients
- let set in the fridge for a cupple of hours ( 24 hours is best )
- then serve, and enjoy !
