Ingredients
Pancakes
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1⁄4 cup hazelnuts
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- butter, for frying
Syrup
- 1⁄16 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Directions
- Pancakes: Blend all ingredients except butter in food processor.
- Syrup: Beat all ingredients until combined, approximately 1 minute.
