Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons chickpea liquid
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnut meal (flour or ground roasted hazelnuts)
- 1⁄8 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄8-1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in food processor.
