Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 3 tablespoons hazelnut oil or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 1⁄2 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
Directions
- Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the apricots and hazelnuts during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading.
