Serves: 72

Yields: 72 cookies

Ingredients

  • 24  ounces chocolate chips
  • 8  ounces  Fiber One cereal, Crunchy Original
  • 8  ounces  dried fruit, coarsely chopped (such as cranberries, apricots, candied ginger)
  • 4  ounces  nuts (I like pepitas) or 4  ounces  seeds, coursely chopped (I like pepitas)

Directions

  1. melt chocolate chips in a large bowl over simmering water.
  2. when chips are melted, stir in cereal, dried fruit and nuts.
  3. drop by the tablespoon onto wax paper.
  4. leave until set.
