Haystack Cookies

This is a recipe that I got from my dad. I am really just posting it to get the nutritional info per serving.

• Yields: 60 cookies

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup peanut butter
• 2⁄3 cup honey
• 2⁄3 cup cold water
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2⁄3 cup flour
• 2⁄3 cup quick oats
• 4  cups flaked coconut
• 1  cup  chopped  nuts
• 2  cups  chopped dates

Directions

1. Mix together the first four ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Use a tablespoon to form balls and press together lightly. Place cookies onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
