Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 3 tablespoons oil
- flour (for dredging)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 (20 ounce) can tomato puree
- 2 ounces water
- salt
Directions
- heat oil in oven safe skillet, dredge chicken in flour, and brown on all sides. Add rest of ingredients in skillet and bake in preheated oven on 300 deg oven for 2 hours.
