Hawaiin Baked Chicken

Yields: 6 chicken breasts
Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces undrained pineapple (crushed or cubes or rings (your choice)
- 1⁄4 cup sherry wine or 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Arrange chicken in a large shallow baking dish coated with nonstick spray. In a bowl combine the sherry OR chicken broth, (YOUR CHOICE)mustard,honey,butter and pineapple with juice. mix well. spoon over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. bake uncovered at 400 degrees 35-45 min or till meat thermometer reads 180. and if you wish you could shorten the time and grill for the remaining time.
