Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 14 1⁄2 ounces pineapple chunks, drained. Reserve juice
- 1 green bell pepper, minced
- 1 inch piece gingerroot
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Marinate chicken, fish or pork for 1 hour or overnight. Use as basting sauce.
