Ingredients
- 3 cups pineapple chunks
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup lemon juice
- fresh mint leaves (to garnish)
Directions
- Process pineapple and sugar in blender until very smooth.
- Combine water and lemon juice.
- Strain pineapple puree. (optional).
- Mix all and chill.
