Hawaiian Golden Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple bits
- 3 cups carrots, sliced and cooked
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon tapioca
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon butter
Directions
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Mix carrots and pineapple in a buttered baking dish.
- Combine reserved pineapple juice, brown sugar, tapioca, salt and butter.
- Pour over the carrot mixture.
- Bake covered at 350* for 30 min.
