Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1⁄2 cup coffee
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place milk and coconut in a small sauce pan and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the milk into a coffee cup.
- Place the strained coconut on a baking sheet and bake for roughly 8 minutes or until the coconut is a light brown.
- Add coffee to the coconut milk and top with the toasted coconut.
