Hawaiian Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 medium fryer
- 16 ounces peaches, halves
- 8 1⁄4 ounces pineapple chunks
- 1 cup rice
Directions
- Fry chicken until light brown.
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Drain peaches and pineapple, pouring liquid over chicken pieces.
- Heat in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
- Place peaches and pineapple chunks around chicken and heat for 20 more minutes.
- Serve over hot rice.
