Have Beer, Will Marinate ( Steak Marinade)

I found this in a newspaper. I like to make recipes that use beer as an ingredient since I have a surplus around for guests.

• Ready In: 2 hrs
• Yields: 16 ounces

Ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
• 4  tablespoons parsley
• 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
• 3  garlic cloves, minced

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Marinate meat in mixture for a few hours to overnight.
3. Cover and refrigerate while marinating.
4. Cook meat as desired (BBQ or Broil).
