  1. Melt butter in pan, mix flour, salt and pepper. Add to melted butter, pour in milk. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add 1 ½C cheese until melted. Put ½ Mac in casserole dish. Pour ½ cheese sauce and repeat layers, top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes.
