Hato Rey De Limon Cocktail

POTENT, but great flavor. From ElBoricua.com, a Puerto Rican cooking site. The morning after I tried this, it took me an hour to find my glasses.

• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 1  ounce  coconut rum
• 1  ounce light rum
• 1⁄4 ounce key lime juice
• 1⁄4 ounce  pineapple juice
• 1  lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lime wedge.
3. This can be made in bulk in a glass pitcher and refrigerated until serving.
