Hashbrowns & Turkey Italian Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian turkey sausage
- 20 ounces frozen hash browns
- 4 ounces mozzarella-cheddar blend cheese
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
- In a large skillet, fry sausage until brown. Remove from pan; set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the 2 tablespoons canola oil. Add in the hashbrowns and fry, flipping & stirring occasionally until all is brown.
- Reduce heat to low-medium; add the sausage back into the pan and mix with hashbrowns.
- Top with cheese and continue to heat until the cheese is melted.
