Ingredients
- 32 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all together.
- Pour in 9x13 oven safe dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
