Hash Brown Quiche

Here is an easy, yummy recipe. It's like an omelet with hashbrowns. We love it!

  1. Press hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Drizzle with butter.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Combine ham, cheese, onion, pepper; spoon over crust.
  6. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  7. Pour over all.
  8. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 25-30 minutes or until center is done.
  9. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
