Hash Brown Casserole #SP5

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 (30 ounce) bag  Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag  shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 2 (10 3/4ounce) cans  cream of chicken soup
  • 2  teaspoons ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingregients together in a large bowl. Spread evenly in the baking pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to lightly brown the top of the potatoes.
