Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) package frozen hash browns
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons pepper
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together.
- 3. Place in buttered casserole dish.
- 4. Bake for 1 hour.
- This recipe also freezes well! :-).
