Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 32 ounces hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 10 3⁄4 ounces condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients except paprika in a large bowl.
- Spoon into a 13x9" baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until bubbly.
