Harvest Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
- cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 -2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine, melted
Directions
- Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese 1/2 cup butter, and 1 1/2 tsp salt. Spoon into baking dish.
- In small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
