Hard Sauce for Holiday Steamed Pudding

I make this sauce to top my Holiday Steamed Pudding Its a "not so hard" hard sauce....lol.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup butter, softened to room temp
• 1  cup powdered sugar
• 1  tablespoon  cream
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Cream all ingredients together and beat until fluffy.
2. It takes only a few minutes to make if butter is room temperature.
