Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Break egg in cup.
- Add milk & beat with fork.
- Mix flour, baking powder & salt.
- Add egg & milk and mix.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Drop in little pieces on end of spoon into boiling soup.
