Yields: 4 dozen
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions
- Heat sugar, water and Karo to 290 degrees.
- Remove from heat, add flavoring and food coloring.
- Drizzle in thin rows onto cookie sheets lined with foil and covered with sifted confectioners' sugar.
- Cool.
- Crack to size and store in covered container.
