Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven

I found this on Facebook. It was a post another friend sent me. I tried it and it works. I use a 12 compartment muffin pan. Believe it or not it works and the eggs are easier to peel and taste better. Show more

Yields: 12 eggs

Ingredients

  • 12  eggs, raw
  •  pan release spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put eggs in muffin tin compartments, one egg per compartment.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
