Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs beef flank steak, cut into thin slices and pounded
  • 2  tablespoons  vegetable oil
  • 2  cloves garlic (crushed)
  •  cooked  rice noodles
  • Marinate with

  • 1  teaspoon ginger (julienned)
  • 3  cloves garlic (cut in halves)
  • 2  tablespoons water
  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2  tablespoons  vegetable oil
  • 2  tablespoons soy sauce
  • Toppings

  • 12 lb  dry roasted peanuts (smashed in mortar and pestle)
  • 1  lb bean sprouts (blanched in hot water)
  • 12 head lettuce (chopped)
  • 12 cup basil
  • 12 cup cilantro
  • 12 cup mint

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tblspns oil in frying pan.
  2. Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
  3. Add beef and fry.
  4. Serve beef over:
  5. rice noodles, herbs, lettuce, bean sprouts.
  6. Top with:
  7. peanuts and add Nuoc Mam Cham sauce.
