  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Brown the ground beef.
  3. Cook the bacon until it is crispy and crumble.
  4. Drain both beef and bacon.
  5. In a bowl hand beat the eggs.
  6. Mix in cheese, milk, chiles, salt, pepper, beef, bacon.
  7. Transfer to a casserole dish.
  8. Put into pre-heated oven for approximately 40-50 minutes.
  9. Keep checking after 30 minutes to prevent over-cooking, however make sure it cooks through completely and the center isn't runny.
  10. Let it cool for about 10 min, then dish out.
