Ingredients

• 500  g flour
• 260  g water
• 40  g  oil
• 5  g salt
• 2  tablespoons scallions

Directions

1. MIx together all ingredients until lumpy.
2. Pour batter into a hot griddle in portions.
3. Cook for 4 min on each side.
