Hamburger Stroganoff, Turkey, Venison or Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, of your choice (we like turkey)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups egg noodles
- mushroom, sliced (optional)
Directions
- In large skillet, cook ground meat, onion& butter until meat is cooked& onion is tender.
- Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper& mushrooms.
- Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in mushroom soup.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered.
- Stir in sour cream & heat thoroughly.
- Serve over hot, buttered noodles.
