Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, diced (Mesquite smoked works best)
- 1⁄2 cup onion, coarsely chopped
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions
- Melt 1-2 T. Butter Flavor CRISCO in a large frypan.
- Brown together the ground beef, bacon & onion until all pink is gone & onion is tender.
- Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in the soup & seasonings.
- Cook uncovered over med.-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often.
- Stir in the sour cream & heat thoroughly, but do NOT boil.
- Serve over rice or buttered noodles.
