Hamburger Quiche

Yields: 1-2 pies
Ingredients
- 1 -2 unbaked pie shell
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, heaping
- 3⁄4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 3⁄4 cup swiss cheese, cubed
- 1⁄3 cup green onion, sliced
- salt, pepper, paprika, to taste
Directions
- Brown ground beef with the green onion and bell pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. In another bowl, add milk to the cornstarch gradually. Stir so it won't lump. Add eggs; mix all ingredients together and place in pie shell. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
