Hamburger Pinwheels

This is the same recipe that I used to make for Peter Pan when we were newlyweds and liked each other. Thanks to all the nice Food.com people who helped me find this recipe. I don't know if I would eat it now, cholesterol and all the ageing issues..... Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Mix bisquick and milk in small bowl until a dough ball forms.
  4. Roll dough out on a floured bowl or floured wax paper to 12 inch square.
  5. Mix melted butter, mustard, ketchup and onion.
  6. Spread on dough.
  7. Crumble meat evenly over dough.
  8. Roll up like a jelly roll.
  9. Cut into 8 slices.
  10. Place cut side up on cookie sheet.
  11. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
