Hamburger Gravy

I have been making hamburger gravy for my family for years. I had just recently come across this recipe, and since it was completely different from my usual I had to try it. Our family loved it. I serve mine on mashed potatoes and onion diced on top....delicious.

Ingredients

• 1  lb ground beef
• 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
• 3  tablespoons flour
• 1  tablespoon  beef bouillon
• 2  tablespoons  steak sauce
• 2  cups milk

Directions

1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is cooked, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in flour, bouillon and steak sauce.
3. Gradually stir in milk.
4. Cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
5. Serve over mashed potatoes.
