Hamburg Stroganoff

Simple, easy recipe I have been making for years...Do not remember where I got this recipe...

Ready In: 30 mins

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  ground round
  • 1  onion, diced
  • 1  garlic clove, diced
  • 1  lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 1  lb  noodles, cooked and drained
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Brown hamburg with onion and garlic and mushrooms.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add soup and sour cream, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes -- do not let it boil.
  4. Serve over hot noodles.
