Ham With Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients
- 40 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 7 -8 lbs ham, sliced
Directions
- Mix together pineapple, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, brown sugar, dry mustard and flour in saucepan. Bring to book and cook until slightly thickened.
- Layer several slices ham in slow cooker. Ladle some of the sauce over. Repeat until all of the ingredients are used.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
