Ham With Orange Curried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon slivered orange peel
- 2 cups cooked rice
Directions
- Pan fry green pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add brown sugar and ham.
- Stir and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
