Ham, Tomato & Rocket Pizza (21 Day Wonder Diet: Day 12)

Ingredients
- 2 wholemeal pita breads
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 150 g shaved ham
- 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄4 small red onion, sliced thinly
- 1⁄3 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 30 g baby rocket
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely shredded
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place bread on oven trays; spread with paste. Divide ham, tomato and onion between bread; top with dollops of cheese.
- Bake about 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled evenly with rocket and basil.
