Ham & Tomato Quiche

- Pre-heat oven to 200 C/400°F.
- Mix flour, salt and butter until crumbly
- Add water and mix until dough is formed.
- Roll out dough until 1 cm thick.
- Place pastry in quiche mould and prick base.
- Chop ham and tomatos and arange in pastry case.
- Mix beaten eggs and milk together.
- Pour the mixture inside the quiche
- Sprinkle on grated cheese to taste.
- Bake in oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
