  1. fry a smoked ham steak in butter
  2. when brown on both sides put pineapple on top and pour port over
  3. cook in moderate oven 375 degrees for 15 minutes
  4. when done put steak on platter
  5. pour wine sauce over the ham steaks and over pineapple
  6. it says surround with grilled sweet potatoes but i have baked and sliced.
