Ham Steak Au Porto

Ingredients
- 1 ham steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 slices pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup port wine
- 4 sweet potatoes, sliced baked
Directions
- fry a smoked ham steak in butter
- when brown on both sides put pineapple on top and pour port over
- cook in moderate oven 375 degrees for 15 minutes
- when done put steak on platter
- pour wine sauce over the ham steaks and over pineapple
- it says surround with grilled sweet potatoes but i have baked and sliced.
