Ham Salad

Yields: 6 pints
Ingredients
- 2 lbs all beef bologna
- 1 lb deli ham
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pint gherkin (sweet pickles)
- 1 pint mayonnaise
- pickle juice
Directions
- Grind together the first four ingredients.
- Add the mayonnaise and pickle juice and mix well.
- Serve cold on crackers or a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich.
