Ham Horns

Another old newspaper clipping recipe from Libby. It looks like a cute way to serve potato salad.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 lb  sliced deli ham
• 1  lb  potato salad
•  lettuce leaf

Directions

1. Form thinly sliced cold boiled ham into cornucopias, fastening edges together with wooden toothpicks.
2. Arrange on lettuce leaves.
3. Fill with potato salad.
