Ham Glaze

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon dried mustard
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Baste ham with glaze while baking.
- Apply the remainder when ham is done.
- Note: I typically double if not triple this recipe.
