Ham-Cole Slaw Salad

This is a real crowd pleaser and a nice change from the mayo dressings found in most slaw recipes!

Ingredients

• Part 1

• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 2  teaspoons honey
• 1  teaspoon Dijon mustard

• Part 2

• 1  cup  diced cooked ham (optional)
• 2  cups  shredded cabbage
• 1  carrot, shredded
• 1⁄4 cup  sliced green onion
• 1⁄4 cup golden raisin (optional)

• Part 3

• 1  cup pecan pieces

Directions

1. Whip together part 1.
2. Toss together part 2.
3. add 1-2.
4. and top with 3.
