- Preheat the oven to 450.
- For the biscuits, mix all ingredients together to form a soft dough.
- Place dough on flour coated surface and roll to coat. Knead 4 times.
- roll to ½ inch thick and cut into 2 inch circles. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- meanwhile, combine all chowder ingredients in a nonstick fry pan and heat over medium, about 10 minutes.
- Place chowder in serving bowls and serve with biscuits.
