Ham and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces smoked ham, cubed
- 1 large white potato, cubed
- 1 cup scallion, sliced
- 1 (12 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
Directions
- Simmer stock and cubed potatoes until potatoes are tender.
- Add green onions/scallions near the end of simmering.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve piping hot.
