Ham and Rice Skillet

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 1⁄2 milk
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- saute peppers with butter in the skillet.
- stir in flour slowly add milk stir.
- bring to a boil.
- stir until thickened.
- reduce heat to low stir in sour cream until blended.
- stir in remaining ingredients.
- heat thoroughly.
