Ham and Peas Casserole

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 14 cups milk
  • 12 cup  breadcrumbs
  • 1  cup cheese (shredded or diced)
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1  tablespoon  minced onion
  • 2  teaspoons parsley
  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 1 12 cups  cooked diced ham
  • 1  cup peas

Directions

  1. Put peas and ham in a buttered casserole.
  2. In a saucepan, heat milk, add crumbs.
  3. Add cheese, butter, onion and parsley.
  4. Add beaten eggs.
  5. Pour sauce over peas and ham.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
